David Wicker and son visited his mother, Wanda. They pitched a tent in Wanda's yard and enjoyed a camp out. They also went deer hunting.

Wanda's other son, Rusty, who is in the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, Fla., also visited earlier in the week and went deer hunting while here. He bagged a seven-point buck.

Bro. Junior and Ann Loe both visited their doctor Tuesday. They had colds and a cough.

Loyce and Florence Tucker have both had a flu virus, but are feeling better.

Bob Tinsley is on the ailing list. He is scheduled for surgery next month.

Don and Peggy Fain of Camden were house guests of her parents Saturday night and attended services at Morris Baptist Saturday and Sunday.

We had several visitors at Morris Baptist Sunday. We certainly enjoyed special music by David Morman and also a special by our song director Jerry Don Wicker.

Robert Callicott of Magnolia visited his parents, Don and Janice, Saturday.

Don and Janice drove to Greenbrier Friday evening to pick up some fox for the puppy pen.

Larry and Nancy Rhodes of Hot Springs visited his mother, Retta McBride, and Wallace Saturday of last week.

Yolanda Hicks visited her Aunt Betty McBride Sunday and attended Sunday school and church at Morris Baptist Church.

Ethel Ellis was house guest of Lucy Glass Thursday and attend third Sunday singing.

This was the last singing of the year due to the busy activities until the first of the year.

J.W. and Maxine Glass had 22 of their 32 family members in Sunday school at Morris Baptist Sunday.

Bobbie Morrow of Burleson has been visiting here with daughter, Gail Tucker, and her family.

Nez Callicott is doing well after knee surgery in Texarkana. She starts therapy this week.

Don and Janice Callicott visited Nez at the hospital Sunday after Sunday school.

Cannon and Heather Callicott visited her parents, Buddy and Beverly Loe, Saturday evening. Buddy works in Oklahoma and was home for a short visit.

My daughters, Janice, Amy, and Phyllis, and Phyllis' family, Cyril, Brandon and April, had supper with me Saturday evening. Brandon and April don't get to visit much since they graduated college and started work.

Thought: There is a time to let things happen and a time to make things happen.
