Chamber Plans Carving Contest

The Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Halloween pumpkin carving contest during the FFA Halloween carnival.

The carnival is being held at the Nevada County Fairgrounds Tuesday, October 31.

The carved pumpkins need to be at the Potlatch building at 6 p.m. The judging will take place at 7 p.m.

There will be two divisions. Children will be up to age 13 and adult division will be 13 and over.

First place prize will be $15 with second place being $10 and third place $5.
