Area School MenusPublished Wednesday, October 25, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of October30-November 3 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Danish, juice and milk. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Pizza, juice and milk. THURSDAY: Cereal, banana, toast, juice and milk. FRIDAY: No school. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken nuggets with dip, mashed potatoes, sliced peaches and roll; PHS, hamburger and fries bar. TUESDAY: Gobble gobble soup, grilled cheese sandwich, cracker, orange and Halloween treat; MMS, salad bar; PHS, pizza bar. WEDNESDAY: Hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles, fries with catsup and chocolate chip cookie; MMS, potato bar; PHS, foot-long hot dog bar. THURSDAY: Spaghetti and meatballs, green beans, pears and roll; MMS, hamburger bar; PHS, hamburger bar. FRIDAY: No school. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese slice, doughnut and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles and onion, spicy fries with catsup, pinto beans and fruited Jell-O. TUESDAY: Nachos with meat and cheese, lettuce wedge, grapes, trail mix and brownie. WEDNESDAY: Chicken nuggets with honey, sweet potatoes, pear half, hot rolls with butter and jelly. THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, green beans and cinnamon roll. FRIDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, peanut butter cookie and peanut cup. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cereal, fruit and juice. TUESDAY: Sausage bowl, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Elfin loaf and juice. THURSDAY: Cereal, juice and milk FRIDAY: Biscuit, sausage, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Smoked sausage and pork and beans. TUESDAY: Fish, fries, cole slaw and hush puppies. WEDNESDAY: Hot dogs, cole slaw, fries and cookie. THURSDAY: Cheeseburger helper, tossed salad, mixed fruit. FRIDAY: Hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and pickles, onion rings and yogurt.
