Tyler Carlton Celebrates BirthdayPublished Wednesday, October 18, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneTyler Carlton of Bodcaw was honored on his fifth birthday October 2 with a fun-filled party at McDonald's in Hope. Helping Tyler celebrate the milestone occasion of being "one whole hand" were friends from Garrett Memorial Christian School and Union Baptist Church. Along with family members, 25 enjoyed cake, ice cream and Coke and playing on the playground. Hosts for the afternoon were Tyler's dad, Jonathan, and step-mom, Laura. Celebrating continued the following evening at home with a special family dinner with all of Tyler's favorite foods being served. After dinner ten family members enjoyed birthday cake decorated with a cowboy theme. Tyler was also treated to his annual family trip to the rodeo in Hope.
