131st annual session of the Southwest District Missionary Baptist Association with Dr. C.K. Yarber as moderator and Sis. Delores Hodge, president of the district women's dept., will convene with the First Baptist Church of Rockport at Malvern Oct. 18-20. Dr. J.N. McCollum, pastor. The theme will be Empowering God's People for the Challenge of the 21st Century.' Everyone is welcome.

Annual youth day program will be held Sunday, Oct. 22 at the New Mt. Zion Baptist Church during the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Everyone is welcome. Sis. Rose Crow, youth director and Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor.

There was a mistake in last week's report about the revival in Prescott. It is this week, Oct. 16-20, at at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Services begin nightly at 7:00. Everyone is welcome. Evangelist for the week is Rev. Jessie Radford, pastor of Rising Star Baptist Church of Hope, and Rev. Mickey Manning, pastor.

Women's Fall Conference to be held November 3 and 4 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Benton. Rev. Kendall Marshall, interim pastor. The theme will be Blowing Away the Ashes of Life by the Winds of the Holy Spirit.' Friday services are at 7:00 p.m and Saturday services at 9:00 a.m. Everyone and all women are invited. Harvey McCelland is in the hospital and doing much better.

Frank Berry underwent surgery and is still in the hospital at this report, doing better.

Deacon and deaconess program Sunday, Oct. 22, at 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Friendship Baptist Church in Curtis. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Harvest Rally to be held Saturday, Nov. 11, at 7:00 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church of Gurdon. Everyone is welcome. Special guests will be New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor and speaker. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor.

Funeral Services were held Friday, Oct. 13, in the homegoing celebration in loving memory of the late Sis. Elgie (Traylor) Gee, daughter of the late Dayton and Sarah Traylor, formerly of Whelen Springs. She had moved to Milwaukee, Wis., some years ago. Services were held at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Milwaukee, of which she was a member of the missionary society, the gospel chorus and a solist. She was the mother of seven children, 23 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was born Nov. 6, 1932, and died Oct. 6. She was married to D.W. Gee in 1953.

Welcome to the annual men's day program Sunday, Oct. 22, at Eastern Star Baptist Church of Smithton at 2:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Rev. Marshall Allen, pastor.

The Clark County Section meeting will convene with St. Ruth Baptist Church in Gum Springs Oct. 28-30. Fifth Sunday singing will also be held, and on Oct. 27, at 7:00 p.m. there will be a pre-musical. A fall musical will be held at Muldrew Chapter C.M.E. Church of Gurdon on Nov. 12 at 3:00 p.m. In concert will be Angelic Voices Gospel Choir from Henderson State University of Arkadelphia. Many others are on the program. The church is located at Fourth and Jones Streets Everyone welcome.
