We have lots of sick people in the hospital this week. Tommie Lew Jarvis got to go home yesterday after having surgery at St. Michael's in Texarkana.

Ruth Vinson was taken to St. Vincent from the Hope hospital on Monday. She is now in the rehab hospital there getting therapy on some bad vertebra in her back.

Odeal Dillard was taken to St. Vincent on Monday. She hopes to get to come back to Hope in a few days.

Remember all these sick people in your prayers.

Susan Graham, an aunt of Tara Carlton, has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. She also needs our prayers.

Roscoe and I visited the sick of our church at St. Michael's on Thursday.

Dale Ellis of Bluff Springs Church passed away Thursday. The funeral and burial was at Bluff Springs on Saturday afternoon. Remember the family.

Granddaughter, Teri Rocole, and children, Kathryne and Joe Don, were our guests on Saturday.

Bro. James Cannon of Prescott brought both sermons at our church Sunday in the absence of Bro. Petie. Guests in church were Sue Mitchell of Little Rock and Darla Wise of Benton.

Pete and Anna Rhodes of Little Rock were guests of Paul and Dot Broussard this weekend.

Margaret Jackson and daughter, Peggy, and her husband, were guests of Margaret's other daughter, Kathia, of near Little Rock for the weekend. They took Margaret to the state fair. She really enjoyed her trip.

Lyn Dean Morman attended a shower for Tommy Bebee and his fianci in Hope Sunday afternoon.

Grandson Marty Williams, his wife Raegan and baby Wren and Ginger all of Texarkana have recently been our guests.

Roscoe and I, Valeria O'keefe, Cindy and Christy Taylor, Amy Morman and Brenda Hart attended the Fall Fest at Bodcaw Saturday night. They had a cake walk, an auction and sold delicious plates to make money for their fire department. The gospel singing was great.
