School Menus: Oct. 16-20Published Wednesday, October 11, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of October 16-20 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Sausage roll, juice and milk. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast crispitoes, juice and milk. THURSDAY: Sausage and biscuit, juice and milk. FRIDAY: No school. LUNCH MONDAY: Steak fingers, mashed potatoes with gravy, tropical fruit salad and roll; PHS, pizza bar. TUESDAY: Pizza, tossed salad with dressing, apple slices with carmel sauce and sugar cookie; MMS, salad bar; PHS, hamburger and fries. WEDNESDAY: Cheeseburger on bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles, French fries with catsup and oatmeal cookie; MMS, potato bar; PHS, chicken patty and fries bar. THURSDAY: Chicken pot pie with corn on the cob, fruited Jell-O and roll; MMS, hamburger bar; PHS, pizza bar. FRIDAY: No school. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Ham, toast with jelly and juice. THURSDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. FRIDAY: No school. LUNCH MONDAY: Quesadillas with con queso and salsa, Mexican corn bread, green beans and no bake chocolate cookies. TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce and cheese, green salad, French bread and apple crisp. WEDNESDAY: Chicken crispitoes, garden salad, cinnamon roll, orange and trail mix. THURSDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, chocolate chip cookie and peanut cup. FRIDAY: No school. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast with juice. TUESDAY: Biscuit, ham, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Toast, bacon, eggs and juice. THURSDAY: Cereal, fresh fruit, juice and milk. FRIDAY: Cinnamon roll, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Burrito with cheese, mixed vegetables, bread sticks and Cheerios-Crisp. TUESDAY: Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, fries with applesauce. WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, turnip greens, potato salad, corn bread and Jell-O. THURSDAY: Corn dogs, cole slaw, ranch beans and cookie. FRIDAY: Manager's choice.
