Gordon, Anderson Tell Of Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gordon are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Katie Lynn, to Richard Cleveland Anderson IV.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Diane Anderson of Ruston, La., and Richard Cleveland Anderson III of Bastrop, La.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Evelyn Hildebrand of Prescott and the late Mr. Loyce Hilderbrand and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gordon.

Mr. Anderson is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Cleveland Anderson Jr. and Betty Davidson of Bastrop, La., and the late Joe Davidson Jr.

Miss Gordon graduated from Prescott High School in 1995. She is a 1999 graduate of Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia where she received a bachelor of business administration in accounting.

She is employed as vice-president/controller at Horizons Bank in Monroe, La.

The prospective bridegroom graduated from Ruston High School in 1996. He will graduate this spring from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of science in sociology.

The couple will exchange vows April 28 next year at Central Baptist Church in Prescott.
