School Menus: September 25-29Published Wednesday, September 20, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of September 25-29 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Danish, juice and milk. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Pizza, juice and milk. THURSDAY: Breakfast crispitoes, juice and milk. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Steak fingers, mashed potatoes with gravy, tropical fruit salad and roll; PHS, hamburger and fries bar. TUESDAY: Pizza burger on bun, French fries with catsup, fruit sicle and sugar cookie; MMS, salad bar; PHS, chicken patty and fries bar. WEDNESDAY: Fish sandwich on bun, French fries with catsup, cole slaw and tartar sauce; MMS, potato bar; PHS, pizza bar. THURSDAY: Barbecue on bun with baked beans, fruited Jell-O and lemon cookie; MMS, hamburger bar; PHS, pizza bar. FRIDAY: Nachos, dry beans, applesauce and cinnamon roll; PHS, hamburger bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese slice, doughnut and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion, spicy fries with catsup, pinto bean and fruited Jell-O. TUESDAY: Nachos with meat and cheese, lettuce wedge, grapes, trail mix and brownie. WEDNESDAY: Chicken nuggets with honey, sweet potatoes, pear half and hot rolls with butter and jelly. THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, green beans and cinnamon roll. FRIDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, peanut butter cookie and peanut cup. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Super doughnuts, assorted juice and milk. TUESDAY: Sausage biscuit, grape juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Cheese toast, orange juice and milk THURSDAY: Breakfast pizza, fruit punch and milk. FRIDAY: Bacon and cheese biscuit, apple juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Corn dog, cole slaw and fries. TUESDAY: Enchiladas, green beans, sliced tomato and fresh fruit. WEDNESDAY: Stromboli, ranch beans and mixed fruit. THURSDAY: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, tossed salad and wheat rolls.
