Harris, Coulter To Wed October 7 In PrescottPublished Wednesday, September 20, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe wedding of JoAnn S. Harris to Rev. Arthur L. Coulter will take place Saturday, October 7, at 4 p.m. at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, 506 W. Warren, in Prescott. The bride-elect is the daughter and step-daughter of Robert and Lorene Smallwood of Gurdon and the late Mertie Smallwood. The prospective groom is the son of Minnie Burchette of Mineral Springs and Leo A. Coulter of Flint, Mich. He is the pastor of Ward's Chapel AME Church of Prescott and is employed at James Hardie Gypsum in Nashville as supervisor of shipping department. The ceremony will be performed by the presiding Elder T.W. Adair of Magnolia. A reception will be held at Moma Max's Diner, 1102 W. Main, in Prescott. No invitations will be sent.
