What some nice weather we have been having. It's about time it cooled off.

John Henry and Clay Collins visited with Thomas and Ruby Fontaine over the weekend.

David, Donald, Elizabeth and Blake Hopkins attended a birthday party Saturday for Britney Cottingham.

Sunday the Glass clan all met at Prescott City Park for lunch. We had a quick lunch and visit. We all planned to attend the gospel singing at the fairgrounds. I didn't know there were so much talent around. That was the type of singing you hear on those gospel musicals on TV. If you missed it you sure missed a blessing. The musicians were also great.

Thursday evening Don Collins had an accident. Luckily he wasn't hurt, but his truck was.

Tom, Jack and Jake Cornelius and Larry Jones Jr. worked all day Saturday trying to get Jake and Tera's trailer set up so they could start moving in.

Micheal Shearer from Little Rock has been down scouting out a place to set up his deer camp. He has found the perfect setup, Grandma Ruby Fontaine's yard. Ruby is delighted to know that he will be spending time there with them.

Kassidy Hendrix visited her great-Grandma Hazel Hendrix this past weekend.

I talked with George Cornelius last week. I asked about his mother, Annie Lee. She is doing fine.

Saturday night I met Chris Morrow, who I had been writing about. Chris,he was only here from San Diego, Calif., for a short visit.

Have a safe and wonderful week.
