County Fair Results Given

Best of Show awards at the Clark County Fair have been given to these people in the following areas:

Furniture and woodworking, Mike Fischer and Trey Burchfield;

Porcelain, ceramics and glass, Jo Ann Scott;

Quilting, Nancy Howard;

Counted cross stitch, Sally Hubbard;

Clothing, Pam Westburg;

Arts and crafts, Joy McCarty and Kristin Land;

Needlework, Carlene Sowell;

Preserved food, Ruie McCallum and Kristin Land;

Baked goods, Nancy Kelly and Robert Philpot;

Horticulture and farm crops, Pauline Cook and Jennifer Shaw;

Ornamental plants and flowers; Wanda Bennett and Perritt School;

The best of show educational exhibit for youth was awarded to the Shining Stars 4-H Club and the Clark County Master Gardeners won in the adult division.
