Brotherton Captures Super Pro At Prescott RacewayPublished Wednesday, September 13, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMena's Greg Brotherton captured the Super Pro division at the Prescott Raceway Saturday, Sept. 2. His dial in time was 4.96, while his estimated time was actually 4.99. The reaction time was 0.535, while Brotherton reached 132 miles per hour. Second went to Jerry Holloway of Greenbrier at 110 mph. His dial in time was 6.21, while the ET was 6.21 and reaction time was 0.587. Greg Dougan, of Prescott, was a semifinalist. He had a run of 105 mph, with a dial in time of 6.50 seconds. His ET was 6.52 and reaction time was 0.522. Spencer Elton, of Benton, was the other semifinalist. He had a run of 131 mph, and a dial in time of 6.50. His ET was 5.26, with a reaction time of 0.581. In the no electronics class, Artie Green of Alexander was the winner. He had a run of 90 mph, with a dial in time of 7.61. His ET was7.67, while the reaction time was 0.506. Second went to Allan Holloway of Greenbrier, who made the run in 6.03 seconds at 115 mph. His dial in time was 5.99, with a reaction time of 0.532. Prescott's Steve Smillie was a semifinalist. His run, 96 mph, was made in 7.26 seconds. Smillie's dial in time was 7.22 and reaction time was 0.613. David Bright, of Stamps, was another to make the semifinals. His dial in time was 9.36, while his ET was 9.38. In the street division Zach Reynolds, of Sheridan, was the winner. He made the run at 77 mph, with a dial in time of 11.36. His ET was 11.63 and reaction time was 0.504. David Reynolds, also of Sheridan, was second. His dial in time was 13.98, and reaction time was 0.633. Reynolds's ET was 14.19, at 73 mph. Brandon Elton, of Benton, was a semifinalist.
