School Menus: September 11-15, 2000Published Wednesday, September 6, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of September 11-15 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Sausage roll, juice and milk. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Pizza, juice and milk. THURSDAY: Cereal, cinnamon toast, banana and milk. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken strips, mashed potatoes with gravy, apricots and roll; PHS, pizza bar. TUESDAY: Crispitoes, Mexican corn, grapes and delicious cookie; MMS, salad bar, PHS, chicken patty and fries bar. WEDNESDAY: Chili dog on bun, Tator Tots with catsup, sliced pears and wacky cake; MMS, sandwich bar, PHS, hamburger and fries bar. THURSDAY: Breaded chicken patty with lettuce and tomato, potato wedges with catsup and oatmeal cookie; MMS, hamburger bar, PHS, pizza bar. FRIDAY: Lasagna, green beans, pineapple and bananas and roll; PHS, chicken patty and fries bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Ham, toast with jelly and juice. THURSDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Quesadillas with con queso and salsa, Mexican corn bread, green beans and no bake chocolate cookie. TUESDAY: Submarine sandwich or hamburger bar, spicy fries with catsup, grapes and apple crisp. WEDNESDAY: Crispitoes with chicken, garden salad, cinnamon roll and orange. THURSDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, chocolate chip cookie and peanut cup. FRIDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce with cheese, green salad, applesauce and French bread. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, orange juice and milk. TUESDAY: Cereal and banana, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Bacon and cheese biscuit, assorted juice and milk THURSDAY: Cinnamon toast, apple sauce and milk. FRIDAY: Muffin, bacon, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Hamburgers with lettuce, tomato, pickle, curly fries and wacky cake. TUESDAY: Nacho supreme, tossed salad and seasoned pinto beans. WEDNESDAY: Chicken pot pie, baked beans, apple slices and cinnamon rolls. THURSDAY: Taco, Spanish rice, refried beans, lettuce and tomato. FRIDAY: Surprise grab and go day.
