WILLIE HOOKSPublished Wednesday, August 30, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune The annual Ursery-Ridgell family reunion will be Sunday, September 3, at the Prescott Housing community building, 401 Hale Avenue. Friends are invited and relatives are urged to attend. There will be potluck lunch at the noon hour. Barbara Norris of West Monroe spent a few days with Everett and Mary Orren. They, with Edgar and Wanda White of Beirne and Shorty and Huey Garner, visited Chloe Orren during the week. Willie and I enjoyed having Roy and Judy Allen visit with us a while Friday afternoon. Ashley Beck and Alex Ridgell spent the weekend with Papaw Herbie Ridgell. Annie Mae Hooks is still in Health South Rehab, but not doing well. Remember her in your prayers. Willie and I visited Neil and Hazel Meeks and J.D. and Mary Ann Lucas during the weekend.
