Francis, Holland To WedPublished Wednesday, August 23, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesMr. and Mrs. Ronnie Francis of Arkadelphia are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Michelle, to Rev. Robert Holland II of Stephens. The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benny Francis of Curtis and Ken Kennedy of Minden, La. She is a 1998 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and attended Henderson State University as an English major. The groom is the son of the late Rev. and Mrs. Robert Holland. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Gowen of Farmington, Mo., Mrs. Margaret Talbott of Valdosta, Ga., and the late Mr. Jesse Holland. He is a 1993 graduate of Heritage Christian School in Little Rock. He received his credentials with the Arkansas district of the Assemblies of God in 1996 and received his associate of arts degree in Biblical studies from Southwest Bible College and Seminary in Jennings, La., in 1998. He is the pastor of Rolling Hills Assembly of God in Stephens. The wedding will take place Saturday, Sept. 9, at 2:00 p.m. at Rolling Hills Assembly of God in Stephens. Rev.
