We extend our sympathy to the family of Monroe Love. He died and was buried in Little Rock Saturday. Monroe lived a lot of his life around Prescott and has several cousins here.

We also extend our sympathy to the loved ones of Alice (Lucas) Lawrence. She died in Bossier City, La., but was brought back to the Assembly of God Church Sunday for her funeral and burial in Piney Grove Cemetery.

Areal Dean and Ruth Elmore of Jacksonville spent Saturday with her sister, Charlene Wicker.

Everett and Mary Orren met their daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Lyle Brooks, and grandsons, Craig and Aaron, of Macon, Ga., at Branson Mo., Wednesday and enjoyed the sights and shows until Sunday. They will spend a few days with Mary and Everett before returning home.

Syble Brown and Judy Allen spent the week with Johnnie Joe Brown and Judy's children, Lisa, Cathy and David Shelton of Baytown, Texas.

Mary Ann and J.D. Lucas visited Theresa and Jewel Grifford Friday and also did a little fishing.

Sammy and Kaye House, Jason and Lauren of Little Rock spent Sunday with Lenord and Faye House.

Pam Overstreet of Chandler, Ariz., and Cherry Belsco of Hope visited Elsie Elmore one day last week.

Lenord and Faye House and Shorty Garner visited Chloe Orren last week.
