Justin Lynn Phillips, 17, of Bluff City was called to his eternal home on Monday, July 17, 2000.

Justin was born September 28, 1982 in Prescott to Jeff and Deborah Phillips of Bluff City. He was a senior at Prescott High School, a member of the National Honor Society, the Future Business Leaders of America, Who's Who Among American High School Students, a member of the Boughton Baptist Church, a member of the Art Club and Science Club and was chosen for the Rotary Youth Conference.

Cherishing his memory are his loving and devoted parents, Jeff and Deborah Phillips of Bluff City; his grandparents, Betty Smith of Camden and Margie Knight of Bluff City; his aunt and uncle, Norris and Carol Phillips of San Diego, Calif.; a special family, Tony, Mary. Leslie and Jacob Russell of Prescott; and his special friend, Kim Fitzhugh of Prescott.

Funeral services were Thursday, July 20; at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the Shackelford Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Miller and Ron Wright officiating. Burial was in Bluff City Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott. Memorials may be made to the Union Company Animal Protection Society of El Dorado.
