Ives, Harvey Plan Sept. 30 WeddingPublished Wednesday, July 26, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMs. Kerry Ives and Mr. Garry Ives of Stuttgart announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tina Jo, to Ryan Russell Harvey of Prescott. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Andrews and Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Harvey, all of Prescott. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Meins of Stuttgart and Mr. and Mrs. Harold J. Ives of Hot Springs. She will receive an associate degree in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas this fall. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert O. Russell and Mrs. Frances Harvey and the late Mr. James (Dick) Harvey, all of Prescott. He is attending Arkansas State University, where he will receive a degree in agricultural business in the spring of 2001. The wedding will be at 6:30 p.m. on September 30 in Hot Springs.
