I am down here, Lord. I need your guardian. Someone has tried to break in my house twice recently.

Sunday school congress will be held Tuesday through Friday at Little Rock.

White's Chapel homecoming was held Sunday. Revival will begin Monday night. Homecoming at New Salem will be held the second Sunday in August at my home church. Everybody there has almost died out. There is nobody to carry on.

To those who have relatives over there: We are looking for you to send some money to help keep the graves and cemetery up. We have done a pretty good job so far. I am the secretary over there and you can send your money to: Lula Kendrick, Rosston, AR 71858. I will be sure your name will be recorded.

Mrs. Girtie Blake is still in the rehab in Hope.

Oak Grove does not have a pastor yet. I am sure they will find some one to fill his place soon.

I ate dinner at the Senior Citizen Center Monday. It was very good. I had to see the doctor. I am a very sick woman at times. Diabetes is trying to get me down.

Mrs. Vera Purifoy and her sister and husband and daughter and husband went to Las Vegas. They reported a good time.
