Austin, Riggins To Wed In DecemberPublished Wednesday, July 12, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneSatyra LaDawn Austin, formerly of Prescott, and Cleveland Riggins of Washington, D.C., are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching marriage. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Austin of Prescott. The bride's maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Carl L. Stewart of Texarkana, Texas, and the late Mrs. Pagerine Stewart. Her paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. George Hall of Marshall, Texas. Miss Austin is a 1990 graduate of Prescott High School and a 1994 graduate of Baylor University. She is employed as a paralegal at the law firm of Russell and Russell in Falls Church, Va. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Riggins of Santee, S.C. The groom's maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Adam Green of Santee. His paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Riggins of Santee. Mr. Riggins is a 1994 graduate of Anacostia High School. He is employed as a commercial service technician at Securitylink from Americtech in Columbia, Maryland.
