Caney NewsBY RUBY WICKERPublished Wednesday, June 28, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Warrnetta White fell last week and broke her leg. She was in ICU several days. She also had other complications. Kevin Karmel of Texas was working in this area last week and visiting overnight with his grandmother, Margie Reed. I attended the annual Arkansas Extension Homemakers Council with Candace Carrie last week at the convention center in Hot Springs. Coy and Grace Callicott who have been living at Bragg Lake moved back to Caney two weeks ago. Since that time they have been visiting their daughter, Ola Marie Grace and her family at Cove. They were both able to attend homecoming at Morris Baptist Church Sunday. Welcome home. Pocket, Don and Cannon Callicott, Andrew and Buddy Loe and Frank Allen Cross spent last week fishing on Millwood Lake. Junior and Johnny Glass of Texarkana, Jake and Helen Glass of Magnolia, J.W.
