Military NewsPublished Wednesday, June 28, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesThe Arkansas National Guard recently released its list of personnel who have received promotions and awards. On the list of promotions were Amber R. Carpenter and Stephanie D. Morgan, both of Gurdon. Both were promoted to the rank of Private First Class. Specialist John M.
