Reunion - Dickerson Family

A total of 43 descendants of Edd and Annie Dickerson met at the Western Sizzlin in Hope Saturday, June 3, to enjoy a family reunion. The reunion was centered around their three surviving siblings: Buck Dickerson, Irene Tolleson and Jo Parker.

Everyone visited from noon until 3 p.m., sharing news about their families and getting acquainted with the newest members of the family, enjoying great food and fellowship.

One of the highlights of the day was playing the game of Who Wants to be a Dickersonaire,' using Dickerson family trivia.

Upon leaving the restaurant some of the families gathered at the lovely home of Wayne and Judy Arnold of Texarkana to extend their visit up into the early evening hours. A wonderful time was enjoyed by all.

The following family members attended: from the family of Jewelle Dickerson Edwards were Bill and Paula Scott of DeSoto, Texas; and Brent and Heather Scott of Cedar Hill, Texas. From the family of Lois Dickerson Webb were Donald and Margaret Webb, Tal, Kirsta, Lacey and Tessa Webb all of Prescott; and Bob and Simone Foster of Camden. From the family of Ruby Dickerson Allen were Joe and Pat Hart of Senatobia, Miss; Dianne Kellogg of El Dorado; and Wayne, Judy and Ashley Arnold of Texarkana. From the family of Ellis Dickerson were Bobbie Dickerson and Jennifer Dickerson and Jarrod of Jacksonville. From the family of Elsie Dickerson Smith were Gloria Miles; and Monica, Taryn, Miles and Bordy Davenport of Birmingham, Ala. From the family of Buck Dickerson were Buck, Dennis and Gay Stevens of Bryant. From the family of Irene Dickerson Tolleson were Irene, Jimmie and Kevin Carr and Stevie Stroik all of Arlington, Texas; Dickie Tolleson, Jodi Roguz and Dillon, Jeremy and Laura Tolleson. From the family of Joe Dickerson Parker were Jo, Beth and Justin Boone all of West Memphis. From the family of Herbert Dickerson were Betty and Todd Dickerson of Prescott.
