Blue, Ghormley Set NuptialsPublished Wednesday, June 21, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneSherri Mercer Blue and Christopher Lynn Ghormley along with their children, Tyler Blue and Dusty Ghormley, announce their engagement and approaching marriage. Sherri is the daughter of Lee and Belinda Mercer of Cale and the granddaughter of the late D.W. and Bonnie Barham of Cale and the late Carl and Irene Mercer of Emmet. She has a BBA from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, and is currently employed with Hope Agri Products in Hope. Chris is the son of Charles and Carolyn Ghormley of Hope and the grandson of Elsie and the late Howard Ghormley of Emmet and Anna Belle and the late Homer Adams of Hope. He is a graduate of Hope High School and is currently employed with SMI Joist of Hope. Their wedding is set for July 8 at 6 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church in Hope.
