Portis, Roeder Are MarriedPublished Wednesday, June 21, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneJane Portis and Marc Roeder were married April 8 at Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs. Parents of the bride are Dr. and Mrs. Richard P. Portis of Little Rock and Don and Fran Keasler of Texarkana, Texas. Parents of the groom are Gene Roeder of Springfield, Mo., and Dr. and Mrs. Carroll E. Corbell of Texarkana. Grandmother of the bride is Mrs. Jo Westmoreland of Carthage, Texas. SGrandmother of the groom is Mrs. Leda Mantz of Prescott. Grandfather of the groom is Mr. Fred Roeder of Geneva, Ohio. The couple is at home in Conway, where the groom is a claims representative with Farmers Insurance Group and the bride is a law student at the William H.
