The weather has been great. I was thinking about maybe a couple of more blankets on the bed Monday night.

Billy and Judy Martin visited with Flossie Martin and also Nolen Martin from Kansas.

My Dad, J.W. Glass, had a birthday last week. Happy birthday, Dad. I love you and wish you many more.

Irene Head is doing fine, although she is suffering the loss of her husband.

Thomas and Ruby Fontaine went to Saratoga to see Hazel Fontaine last week.

Tony Overton and Seth Collins are preparing for summer camp for National Guard. They will be leaving Saturday for Fort Chaffee. It will be a two-week camp. Good luck to all you guys.

Larry and Janie Morrow are proud grandparents of not one, but two. Jeff and Miki, who lives in Benton, have twins now. Colen and Kati were born Friday. Congratulations.

Aaron Morton left Sunday evening to spend a few days with relatives in Caney. Mamaw and Papaw Glass, Pat McCullough and kids and Aunt Lucy.

Gaylon and Alice Head went to Homer, La., last week to visit with their daughter, Tina.

Sunday we had lunch at our house. There were about 20 family members and friends. The rain didn't bother us a bit.

Annie Lee Cornelius had to go Texarkana to see a doctor last week. Prayers and speedy recovery are sent to you, Annie Lee.

Jessica Trevillion spent Monday night with us. She and Kim spent a lot of time on the computer.

Jack and Tom Cornelius are still doing a lot of fishing, but the fish don't seem to cooperate.
