Arkansas State Senator Mike Ross (left) who is Democratic candidate for the Fourth Congressional District talks with Republican incumbent Jay Dickey during the festival. Ross, who is from Prescott, discussed his run-off with DeWayne Graham which is coming next Tuesday, June 13, among other things going on in the district.
