Nellie SmallwoodMITCHELL FUNERAL HOME of ARKADELPHIAPublished Wednesday, May 31, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Nellie Smallwood, 91, of Prescott died Friday, May 19, 2000, in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. Mrs. Smallwood was born April 4, 1909, in Bluff city, the daughter of the late Jeff and Luvenia Clanahan. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John Baptist Church in Bluff City. Survivors include one stepson, Robert Smallwood Sr. of Prescott; two sisters, Berdie Mae Bowman of Prescott and Recie Dismute of Malvern; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 27, at St. John Baptist Church at Bluff City with Elder Leroy Sworn officiating.
