Taylor Attends HOBY Leadership Conference

Megan Taylor of Prescott attended the Arkansas South Leadership Seminar 2000 recently. This conference is better known as HOBY.

The Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership conference is attended by a sophomore representative from each Arkansas school. This year's theme was America's Incentive System.'

Its mission and objectives included developing leadership, encouraging self-identification and self-development, responsibility, the importance of volunteerism and to interface these students with recognized leaders in business, industry, government, science and education.

The conference allowed Taylor to interact with community leaders in all walks of life and meet students from all over Arkansas.
