FFA Alumni Rodeo Moves For Third Time; Joins FestivalPublished Wednesday, May 31, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Prescott FFA Alumni will present a Li'l Britches Rodeo Saturday, June 3, at 6 p.m. at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. This will be the third attempt this year. The other two were rained out. Events for participants 18 and under will include mutton bustin', steer and calf riding, high school bull riding, girls' goat tying, chute bull dogging, calf flag race, barrel racing, barrel pickup, hide slide and calf tying. Special entertainment will include the Texarkana Quad-Drill. All-around buckles will be given to high point winners in both girls' and boys' divisions. Registration will be at the fairgrounds June 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must enter, pay and sign at registration of their children. Most events are limited to 15 contestants.
