Evia Bell Ellis BradshawRUGGLES-WILCOX of ARKADELPHIAPublished Wednesday, May 24, 2000 in the Gurdon Times Evia Bell Ellis Bradshaw, 93, of Arkadelphia died Friday, May 19, 2000, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab. Mrs. Bradshaw was born March 14, 1907, in Clark County, the daughter of the late Sam and Marry Bell Rogers Ellis. She was the former owner and operator of Bradshaw's Grocery in Gum Springs and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude W. Bradshaw, and one son, Doyle Bradshaw. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Bradshaw of Malvern and Billy Bradshaw of Magnolia; six daughters, Claudia Ware of Caddo Valley, Dorothy Norman of Midway, Rose Lambert Prince of Bismarck, Mildred Whitson of Curtis, Joan Wetherington of Arkadelphia and Mary Hollingshead Turner of Amity; 20 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, May 22, at the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. Gary Turner officiating. Interment was in Richland Cemetery near Gum Springs.
