The Clements familyBill Willie, Julie, Daniel, Heather and Joshhosted the party. Guests were J.D. and Marie Allen, Marie Tye, LaNora Hooker, Hayden and Morgan and also Jerry Fielding. I don't know if I missed some or not. Chris Butler was home from Ft. Sill for a weekend. He came for his sister Nicole's graduation. He came on Saturday to visit David, Peggy and Cody of Blevins and to see Dick, Earlene, Phyllis and Todd and me. But we had a nice surprise little Wesley came with Chris and Phyllis took him back on Sunday. Russ and Marilyn Carlton, Ruth Baker and Lille Mae Phillips spent the weekend in Houston, Texas, visiting relatives. Little Walter Flowers has graduated from kindergarten and will start to school in the fall. Ted and Joyce Purtle from Round Rock, Texas, visited his mother, Louise Purtle, of Bradley and her mother, Norris Daniels, of Bodcaw. They spent Sunday night with Norris and then went to Tennessee to visit the David Phelps family. He sang with the Bill Gaither vocal band. We had a fellowship Sunday night to celebrate Bro. Tom and Sister June's birthdays and also their anniversary. I better finish my May birthdays: Michael Poindexter on the 19th; Bill and Wilbur Poindexter on the 25th and Marie Tye on the 30th.
