College News - Beth Purtle

Elizabeth Beth Purtle from Prescott has been named an honor student for the just completed spring semester at Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee.

Purtle earned above a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 system throughout the 15-week semester.

Grade point averages are computed on the student's grade in her major area of study and related general education subjects.

Founded in 1946, OSU-Okmulgee is the only Oklahoma college established specifically for technical education. Graduates can earn an associate in applied science degree in any of 11 technical occupations comprised of more than 60 specialized programs of study.

Purtle is enrolled in legal secretarial technology.
