FSA: Wheat Farmers Must File Forms Before HarvestPublished Wednesday, June 2, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesThe Farm Service Agency (FSA) reminds wheat producers in Clark County that in order to be eligible to receive a Loan Deficiency Payment (LDP) on 1999 wheat, a CCC-709, Direct Loan Deficiency Payment Agreement, must be on file before harvest if producers are interested in a field direct LDP. Producers interested in receiving a farm stored LDP must file a CCC-666, Farm Stored Loan Quantity Certification. Producers must have beneficial interest in the crop at the time of application for the LDP. For more information on LDP's, contact the local FSA office at 1030 Village Drive, Arkadelphia, or call 246-9816.
