College News - Cameron WileyPublished Wednesday, May 17, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneCameron Wiley of Prescott High School has accepted an academic scholarship to the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway beginning with the 2000 fall term in August. UCA awards academic scholarships, renewable for four years, based on ACT score and class rank, as well as National Merit and National Achievement competition. Wiley will receive a presidential scholarship for tuition, fees, room and board. He is the son of Sam and Kathryn Wiley of Prescott. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Quiz Bowl team, gifted and talented program, Art Club and band. He made all-region and all-state in jazz band, all-region in concert band, was named to the Four States Band, voted most likely to succeed by his class, attended Governor's School and will be an honor graduate.
