Goodwin, Tolbet Nuptials Are May 27Published Wednesday, May 17, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe engagement of Kristi Ann Goodwin and Keith Wesley Tolbert is announced by her parents, Jimmy and BeLinda Goodwin of Nashville. He is the son of Jerry and Wanda Tolbert of DeWitt. The bride is the granddaughter of Wonzie Goodwin of Nashville and the late Forby Goodwin, James Myrick of Nashville, Dorothy and Butler Fulton of Hope, Mary Lyons of Nashville, and the late Harold Lyons and Maxine and Gene Nistendirk of Prescott. A 1997 graduate of Nashville High School, Miss Goodwin attends Henderson State University in Arkadelphia. She is an English major and a Spanish major. She is secretary of Reddies for Christ and is a member of Sunset Church of Christ in Nashville. Her fianci is the grandson of Spence Burkett and Hattie Tolbert of DeWitt and the late Wesley Kerr and Ida Kerr Thomas of Star City. A 1996 graduate of DeWitt High School, Mr. Tolbert will be graduating from Henderson State University in May with a bachelor of science degree in aviation with a minor in accounting. At Henderson he is an active member of Alpha Eta Rho and the Honors College. He is the treasure of Gamma Beta Phi and president of Reddies for Christ. He is a member of DeWitt Church of Christ. Vows will be exchanged at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 27, at the Sunset Church of Christ in Nashville. A reception will follow. All friends and family are invited.
