Community NewsJerine HatleyPublished Wednesday, June 2, 1999 in the Gurdon Times Revival services will be held June 2 through June 4 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Boughton at 7:00 nightly. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Evangelist for the week is Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor of New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Rev. Lonnie Hughes, pastor. The officers and members of New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon will celebrate their pastor's and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Quintin Radford, second pastor's anniversary on June 6 at 3:00 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest will be Fellowship Baptist Church of Spearville, La. Rev. Radford's grandfather, Rev. Jessie Radford, pastor and speaker. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor. Elder Frank Reed of Little Rock will be in a fellowship revival June 15 through June 18 at 7:30 p.m at the First Memorial Church of God In Christ in Gurdon. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Elder Paul Williams, pastor. Mrs. Helen Burton of Chicago, Ill., visited her son, Winfred Burton, her daughter, Jerine Hatley, grand children, great grandchildren, her brothers, Ned Welch, Joe and Hazel Welch, nieces, nephews and friends of Gurdon.
