Pennington, Fairchild To Wed July 29 In ArkadelphiaPublished Wednesday, May 10, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesLarry and Gail Pennington of Arkadelphia announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth, to Robert Keith Fairchild, son of Richard and Teresa Thomas of Gurdon and the late Robert E. Fairchild. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of George and Martha Delaughter and Polly Pennington and the late Nolan Pennington. She will be receiving her master's degree in communications disorders from the University of Arkansas this month. The prospective groom is the grandson of Bill and Hazel Suitor and the late Sam and Mildred Fairchild. He has a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas and is employed by Texas Instruments in Sherman, Texas.
