Betty Diane Harper, 46, of Chidester died Saturday, April 29, 2000.

Mrs. Harper was co-owner of Gulley's Package Store. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Harper of Chidester; two sons, James Harper of Murfreesboro and Chris Harper of Whelen Springs; her parents, Orvil and Bertha McClure of Whelen Springs; four sisters, Carlene Rogers of Arkadelphia, Linda Lane of Prescott, Shirley Williams of Gum Springs and Patty Cordell of Bauxite; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Monday, May 1, at Red Hill Cemetery near Chidester with Pastor Nathan Rogers officiating under the direction of Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
