Area School MenusPublished Wednesday, May 3, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of May 8-12 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Sausage roll, juice and milk. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit, juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: Pancakes with syrup/or cereal, juice and milk. THURSDAY: Pizza and milk. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit, juice and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Steak fingers, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh fruit salad and roll; PHS, hamburger and fries bar. TUESDAY: Pizza, tossed salad with dressing, apple slices with carmel sauce and sugar cookie; MMS, salad bar; PHS, chicken sandwich/fries bar. WEDNESDAY: Grilled ham and cheese, tater tots with catsup, orange and yogurt; PHS, pizza bar; MMS, Mexican bar. THURSDAY: Barbecue on bun, baked beans, fruited Jell-O and M&M cookie; PHS, hamburger/fries bar; MMS, hamburger/fries bar. FRIDAY: Hamburger Helper, green beans, peaches and roll; PHS, pizza bar. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Pancake with syrup, apple juice and milk. TUESDAY: Breakfast pizza, = apple and milk. WEDNESDAY: Danish, orange juice and milk. THURSDAY: Cheese toast, grape juice and milk. FRIDAY: Muffins and fruit punch. HOT LUNCH K-12 MONDAY: Cheeseburgers with tomato and pickles, pork and beans. TUESDAY: Chicken pot pie, broccoli, sliced apples and cinnamon rolls. WEDNESDAY: Vegetable turkey soup, tossed salad, mixed fruit and cornbread. THURSDAY: Ham cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato, refried beans and cinnamon crisp. FRIDAY: Fish, cole slaw, hush puppies and French fries. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice, juice and milk. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese slice, doughnut and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice.LUNCH MONDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion, spicy fries with catsup, pinto beans and fruited Jell-O. TUESDAY: Nachos with meat and cheese, lettuce wedge, trail mix and brownie. WEDNESDAY: Chicken nuggets with honey, sweet potatoes, pear half, hot rolls with butter and honey. THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, carrots and juice bar. FRIDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, peanut butter cookies and peanut cup.
