FFA Alumni Lil' Britches Rodeo Set For Weekend

The Prescott FFA Alumni will present a Li'l Britches Rodeo Saturday, May 6, at 6 p.m. at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.

Events for participants 18 and under will include mutton bustin', steer and calf riding, high school bullriding, girls' goat tying, chute bulldogging, calf flag race, barrel racing, barrel pickup, hide slide and calf tying.

Special entertainment will be provided by the Texarkana Quad-Drill horseback drill team.

Registration will be at the fairgrounds May 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must enter, pay and sign at registration their children. Most events are limited to 15 contestants.

Admission will be $3 for adults and $2 for children 12 and under.
