Tennis Duo Wins State Title

DUO WINS STATE TENNIS TITLE - Andrea Cossey, left, and Traci Graham won the 7AAA State girls' doubles team tennis championship this past Friday at Pine Bluff. April 19 at Ouachita Baptist University, they captured the 7AAA District trophy. On their way to this title they won matches over De Queen, Nashville and two Fountain Lake teams. To capture the state title they beat Warren, Clarksville, Piggott and Valley View. The girls will go to the over-all tennis championship Wednesday, May 3 (today), at Burns Park.
