Rescuers Search For Bodies After Fire Is OutBY RICKY RAGSDALEPublished Wednesday, May 3, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune BODY SEARCH - Firefighters search for the second of two bodies in an Emmet house fire Wednesday, April 26 at a residence on Third Street in Emmet. The bodies of 37-year-old Callie Love and 19-year-old Alanna Block were found just after 1:00 a.m. by firefighters. Officials said that Joe Love was injured at the scene with burns and cuts after escaping the blaze. Firefighters from Emmet responded to the blaze just after 11:00 p.m. and requested additional support from Laneburg, Prescott, the Nevada County Rescue Unit and Perrytown (Hempstead County) after finding the home engulfed in flames.
