We had good attendance at church Sunday even though the weather was stormy. We had planned to have an outside sunrise service, but had to have it inside. Our wee people rendered a special with Bro. Petie on the guitar. The youth choir also rendered a special. Afterward the young men of our church cooked a delicious breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs. I think there were 38 present. Our visitors were Jerry Reaves' brother and wife and two friends of the Reaves' girls and Darla Wise of Benton.

Sympathy goes out to the Wayne McEnnis family. He passed away this week in Shreveport. Paul and Dot Broussard attended the funeral.

A.B. Luck was taken to Medical Park Hospital in Hope by ambulance on Monday. He came home on Tuesday and went to his heart doctor in Little Rock on Wednesday and back again on Friday. He had an arterigram and got a good report. He will go back in a few days to a gastriologist. Please remember him in your prayers.

Ruth Vinson went to her doctor in Texarkana on Friday for a final check-up.

Roscoe and I spent last Friday night and Saturday on Columbia Lake at Magnolia with great grandson Tyler McKinnon. We took Tyler back to Texarkana Saturday and then drove to 27 Fishing Village on Lake Quachita near Mt. Ida to camp and fish with Doug, Rhonda and Lindsey Morgan of Camden.

Doug had relatives there and on Sunday night we cooked fish for Tommy and Harlene Morgan and sons, Beau, Jake and Billy, Paul and Janet Lucas and sons, Josh and Wesley, of Camden and friends of Doug and Rhonda, Ron and Jeri Richardson ,and Bobby and Reba Coopwood, all of Camden. I think there were 18 in all. We enjoyed it very much. We returned home on Wednesday.

Mike and Mary Smith and Ruth Vinson spent Saturday and Sunday on Columbia Lake.

Sherry Dillard Clark had surgery in the Arkadelphia hospital Wednesday. She is already home and doing fair. Remember her in prayer.

Lyn Dean Morman has been vacationing this week. I know she enjoyed being off work for a few days.

I hope everyone had a good Easter. Part of our family had to work and couldn't come. Those who came were Jimmy and Booie Williams of Prescott, Raegan and baby Wren of Texarkana and Tori and Kathryne Rocole of Magnolia.

The Luck family enjoyed their reunion at the Hurrah Patch in Rosston last weekend. They report a good number present. I can't remember the exact number.

Joey and Ellen Wallace had family for lunch today after church.

Roscoe and I carried fish from Woods in Camden to Bill and Pat Lusby's on Friday evening and had supper with them. Bill is better, but still needs our prayers.

Our revival will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night this week at 7:30 with Bro. Lane Garner as evangelist.
