Registration, Coke Float Party Is Set

The Melonvine Girl Scout registration and Coke float party will be Saturday, September 11, from 4 to 5 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Prescott.

For any girl interested in joining or rejoining the fun and exciting world of girl scouts, you may attend the function.

Age levels for girl scout are: Daisy kindergarten; Brownie first-third grades; Junior fourth- sixth grades; Cadet seventh-ninth grades; and Senior 10th-12th grades.

Girls planning to join should take $7 in correct change and a parent or guardian must attend.

Adult volunteers are needed for being scout leaders. For more information on leadership or the girl scout program, call Deanna Bearden at 887-6086 or Mary Johnson at 777-5507.
