This is the day the Lord has made. Let's rejoice and be glad in it.

Spring has begun, but it seems like winter. Frost has killed almost everything that people have put out. We are having some peculiar weather.

There are lots of sick folks and people are leaving here. Roberta Sanders passed away in Rockford, Ill. Her funeral will be Thursday in Rockford.

Mary Altha Williams passed away Saturday in Lewisville. Her mother is Lela McKinley the former Lela Toney.

Roberta Tidwell and Allen Eliott son's funeral was Saturday, April 15, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. J.C. Owen officiating. Burial was in Willisville Cemetery.

George Kendrick is in I.C.U. in the hospital. He is a very sick man. His birthday is April 24. He will be 85 years old. He has been here a long time.

Clara Joe also is in Medical Park Hospital. Elsie Sanders has been dismissed. She seems to be doing pretty good. She has been sick a long time.

Gena Burnell is still in a Texarkana hospital.

Bro. Al Yarbrough and Rev. and Mrs. D. Joe visited George Sunday afternoon and had prayer with him.

Girtie Blake is still in rehab.

Time is winding up. We need to get together.

James Blockley has a beautiful big doublewide home in Rosston on the Lyree Esby and Mary Ann place. It is a beautiful home. I am proud James bought the land. He is a very smart man. He believes in beauty.

Dave Coleman has a beautiful home. It is almost finished. I am proud of young people getting new homes.
