William Allen Stovall

William Allen Stovall, 32, of Hope died Monday, April 10, 2000, at his home.

Mr. Stovall was born December 7, 1967, in Nevada County to William Roy and Carolyn Jackson Stovall. He was a building official with the city of Hope. Mr. Stovall was a member of Spring Hill United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of the Arkansas Police Academy. He was a former police officer of the Texarkana and Hope Police Departments. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Krista Townsend Stovall of the home; one son, Lane Stovall of the home; one daughter, Shelby Stovall of the home; his mother, Carolyn Stovall of Prescott; and one brother, David Stovall of Prescott.

Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, April 12, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home chapel in Hope with Revs. Wayne Bell, Neal Ridling and Susan Ross officiating, Burial will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery at Patmos in Hempstead County. Arrangements are under the direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.

The family was to receive friends Tuesday, April 11, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Hope.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Hospice of Texarkana, 803 Spruce St., Texarkana, TX 75501.
