Benefit Games Set At EmmetPublished Wednesday, April 12, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneThere will be two adult basketball games (one for men and one for women), at the Ross Gymnasium in Emmet April 28 at 7:00 p.m. All proceeds go toward the renovating of the tennis/basketball court on the campus of Emmet School. The goal is to replace the backboards and to replace rims and nets, and to repaint the poles and install a new net for tennis. There will be a talent program between the games.
