Census Centers To Open LocallyPublished Wednesday, April 12, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Pine Bluff local U.S. Census office has set up questionnaire assistance centers' and be counted Centers' throughout Fourth U.S. Congressional District. The purpose of a questionnaire assistance center is to assist persons who may have questions about completing the questionnaire that they received, need language assistance, or have questions about Census 2000. The purpose of a be counted center is to allow persons who may not have received a Census 2000 questionnaire, believe that they were not included on the questionnaire that was received at their household or have no usual address.
